How do I install the camera in my car?+
Installation is simple and needs no technician. Stick the mount on the windscreen in front of the mirror, run the power cable from the cigarette-lighter socket, and tuck the wire along the car trim with the tool in the mounting kit. Most people finish in about ten minutes.
Does the camera start on its own?+
Yes. It powers on and off with the car and starts recording automatically, no action needed. When the card fills up it overwrites the oldest footage and keeps recording without interruption.
Which memory card suits a dash cam?+
You need a card built for continuous recording, U3 speed or better — ordinary cards fail quickly under constant writing. Our DX Pro card is made exactly for this and carries a two-year warranty.
What happens in an accident?+
The impact sensor locks the clip into a protected file that never gets overwritten, so it is still there when you need it, even if the camera keeps recording for days afterwards.
How long does shipping take?+
We prepare your order in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery inside Saudi Arabia then takes 2 to 5 business days, and 3 to 7 days across the Gulf.
Is there a warranty?+
Yes — 12 months on every camera against manufacturing defects. And if the product is not right for you, you can return it within 3 days of delivery.
