Warranty period
Products are covered according to the product type and the period shown on the product page or the invoice.
What the warranty covers and excludes
The warranty covers manufacturing defects that appear during the warranty period. It does not cover faults caused by misuse, accidents, breakage, liquids, incorrect installation, modifications to the product, or the use of unsuitable accessories.
Claiming the warranty
To claim the warranty, please provide the order number or proof of purchase.
How claims are handled
Once the product is received and inspected, and a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty is confirmed, it is handled case by case: repair, replacement or another suitable solution according to the store and product policy.
